By engaging the services of Katie’s Edit ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("client", "you", or "your") agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms govern all work provided by Katie’s Edit, including but not limited to social media management, content creation, and digital marketing services.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation of a written proposal, quote, or agreement. Work will only commence once the scope, timelines, and fees have been agreed upon in writing, and any required deposit has been received or contract has been signed. Payment terms are outlined in our contract, and it is the client’s responsibility to comply with these terms, if not, it may result in legal action.
You agree to provide all necessary content, access, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Any delays on your part may impact deadlines, for which we cannot be held responsible. Unless otherwise agreed, Katie’s Edit retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials.
All intellectual property created by us remains our property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, you will receive a license to use the work for its intended purpose. You agree not to alter or resell our work without prior written consent. Content provided by you must not infringe on the rights of any third party, and you agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from materials you supply.
We strive to deliver work that meets your expectations. However, once content is approved and published, we are not responsible for results outside of our control, including changes in platform algorithms, third-party actions, or performance fluctuations.
We may cancel or suspend services at any time with reasonable cause. You may also cancel services, provided reasonable notice is given. In either case, you agree to pay for work completed up to the date of termination.
Katie’s Edit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 30 days.
These terms may be updated occasionally, and your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the latest version. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
